Co-workers who don’t get their questions

If a co-worker do not receive the questions sent to them, it may be due to the following reasons:

• The email address is incorrect.
• The co-worker may have turned off their notifications. Ask them to log in and check in their profile if these are turned on.
• The email with the questions ends up in the spam. Ask the co-worker to check the box.
• A possible firewall organised by your organisation blocks the email. Check with your technicians about a possible firewall.
