Did you fill in your group code correctly? The person responsible for your competition must have given you a six-digit group code which you must fill in as the last step when you register. So you can not choose the code yourself. The code is different depending on which group and company you belong to.
I wrote the wrong team code when registering. How do I change team or company?
You can easily adjust it by going to the settings in the app. You will find the settings under the profile page and in the top right corner. Once you are in the settings, scroll down to change group / company. Click there and enter your correct group code. Clear!
Problems with signing in
Have you for some reason been logged out of the app and have difficulties logging in again? - It may be because you entered the wrong email address or password. Double check that you entered the correct email address and password - otherwise contact your internal administrator for the tool. - Are you unsure of which email address you registered with? Contact your internal administrator in your organization or us here.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can easily change it by pressing the text forgot your password? which you find on the same page as you log in to the app.
The automatic pedometer does not work. How can I fix it?
If you have accidentally registered with the wrong email address, it does not matter you will still be able to use the app. If you wish to change, you can contact your internal administrator in your organization or us here.
02. Health Challenge
The automatic pedometer does not work. How can I fix it?
First, go into settings in the app. Settings can be found on the profile page and in the top right corner. Once you are in settings, you can see under the heading Step count connection to the Health app (iPhone) or Google Fit (Android). Double-check that the couplings are active and show green. Turn on if inactive and see if steps start to be retrieved automatically. Keep in mind that the app only starts downloading steps from the day you registered the app. If that does not work, check out the steps below for iPhone or Android.
FOR ANDROID: 1. Make sure you have Google Fit on your phone and are logged in. If you already have the app and are logged in, go to step 5. 2. If you do not have the app, download it here. After downloading Google Fit, you will need to sign in with your Google Account. 3. Then you go into the Wellbefy app, hopefully, a window will appear asking you if you want to connect the Wellbefy app to Google Fit. Then press yes and follow the steps to activate the connection. 4. If the window does not appear, you can try activating the connection during the settings. 5. If the window does not appear for you to activate the connection or if you do not succeed in activating it during the settings, then try to log out of the Wellbefy app and log in again and see if the window to activate the connection appears. Sometimes you may need to uninstall the app and download it again and log in.
FOR IPHONE: 1. Go to the settings on your mobile and scroll down to the Health app. Tap it and go to Data access and devices. See if the Wellbefy app is there and that Steps (and workouts if you want) are activated. If not activate. 2. Then double-check in the Wellbefy app if the steps start to be downloaded automatically. If not, follow the next step. 3. Try logging out of the Wellbefy app, logging in again, and seeing if the window to activate the connection appears. Sometimes you may need to uninstall the app and download it again and log in.
How does the automatic step calculator work?
If you approve the Wellbefy app's connection to the Health app (if you have an iPhone), and Google Fit (if you have an Android), the Wellbefy app can retrieve step data from these apps and register it automatically. For this to work, you need to approve the connection after registration or subsequently activate the connection in the settings in the Wellbefy app. If you want, you can also approve for the app to download your workouts automatically. But then these need to be registered in the Health app or in Google Fit.
How are scores calculated?
We base the score based on how tough the pass is suppose to be. That is, how much energy a person approximately consumes and the intensity. It is only an approximate score. Of course, pace and physical capacity can affect your effort, which we can not measure. Each organization can also adjust scores and add new activities. If you have feedback and thoughts, feel free to share it with the person who administers the tool internally with you. So he can update your score.
How are group scores calculated?
The group's points are compiled on an average value. Which means that group members' points divided by the number of group members. This makes it possible for the groups to have different numbers of people in the groups, which makes it more fair in the scoring.
How do I delete registered exercise?
You can easily delete registered exercise / training if it has gone wrong. You do this under the Exercise page. At the bottom you can see your latest registered activities or press on to see more. Then delete an activity by swiping left while holding your finger on the activity to be deleted (see picture). To the right of the activity, a red button will appear that says Delete, press it. Your activity is now removed.NOTE! You can not delete the automatic pedometer and the activities it counts. But on the other hand, it should count correctly. If it would be wrong - against all odds, feel free to let us know here and we will look into it further.
Is it possible to connect an pulse tracker/ smart watch to the Wellbefy app?
Yes, it is possible to connect a pulse tracker/ smart watch as long as it is possible to connect the associated app to the Health app or Google Fit! When the clock is synced to one of these two health apps, you just have to approve that Wellbefy may retrieve data from there. You will get a question about this the first time you log in to the app. If you miss the question, you can always go to settings in the Wellbefy app, which you will find under the profile page in the right corner. Make sure that automatic step counting (and workouts if you wish) is active.
Shall I register an activity when I have already got step scores?
Yes, you should. If the automatic pedometer is running and you register an activity that also generates a whole lot of steps, a question will appear automatically, "Were your steps counted during the exercise session?" Press yes, then 50% of the activity's points will be deducted because you have received points for steps in parallel. You can read more about scoring further up on this page. Under the heading How are scores calculated ?.
My scores are not counted in the current challenge/ competition, what shall I do?
It may be that your company has chosen to only have a step competition, so therefore activities that you register will not be entered during the competition, but only steps will be counted. It may also be that they have activated some specific activities that they want to include in the challenge. Check with your internal administrator for the tool to find out more.
Why can't I see myself under my group in the current challenge/competition?
If you are not visible under your group in the challenge, it is probably because you have not started collecting points yet. Make sure you register your steps or exercise - then you will be visible in your group as well.
What does the orange text mean?
Registered activities with orange text mean that you have reached the high Performance level. High performance is a function that kicks in when you get more than 200 points in one day, the points you collect after this will be split in half. But every new day it starts again.
200 points are around 30,000 steps or 3 hours of exercise. Which is a high level of activity.
I miss an activity is it possible to add it?
Each organization can add new activities. Contact your administrator for the tool and they can enter the activity.
Is it possible to count for steps when I have not wore my phone during an exercise?
If you do not know the number of steps, you can register one of the activities based on your walking a distance, for example walking or running within the specified time afterward. If you know exactly how many steps you have taken, you can easily register your steps by registering the activity Steps that you can find in the activity list.

How do the questions work?
Your organization may have enabled questions that you can answer in the app or via the web. The questions are for you, your colleagues and leaders so that together you can build the best workplace possible. Where you and your colleagues thrive and feel good. It is an opportunity for you to have your voice heard completely anonymously, at the same time as you get your own reflection. All answers are summed up in different groups, the most common being the working group/groups and the entire activity. on The frequency of the queries can vary and is something that your administrator of the tool has decided. It can be anything from several questions annually to a few questions each week, and the whole range in between. We from Wellbefy recommend that questions be sent out on an ongoing basis, preferably at least monthly. But it also depends on the organization. The value of following up on the organization and the well-being of employees more frequently is that each individual's psychosocial well-being is rapidly changing. Which becomes extra important to follow up. There are also legal requirements from the Swedish Work Environment Authority for psychosocial and organizational health to be followed up systematically. But as always, notify your administrator (HR, manager, or CEO). What frequency do you want?
What's the purpose with answering the questions?
Answering questions gives you an opportunity to make your voice heard anonymously about how you experience and feel at your workplace. Which no one can take away from you and something that we recommend you to do. By involving you in answering the questions, your organization and workgroup can be helped to develop in the right direction - toward a workplace where you as an employee thrive and feel good. But it can take time for things to change. Sometimes there will be months where well-being is not as high, then it becomes extra important to answer the questions so that you as an organization and working group can quickly become aware of your strengths and challenges. Which makes it easier to take the next step in the right direction.
How do I answer the questions?
You can answer the questions via the app or the web (slack is also available as an alternative if it is integrated), or alternatively vary from time to time. If you answer in the app, you will receive a push notification when it is time to answer the questions, also a reminder if you have missed answering. You answer the questions under the Questions page in the app.
If you use the web, you will receive an email informing you and reminding you to answer questions. You see the first question in the email and then you can easily continue to the web with the push of a button to answer the questions. On the web, the questions appear automatically. But if not, you can find them at the top right of the page. The response system is the same on all devices. You press one of the numbers that match your answer to the question, enter feedback if you want to indicate or clarify something and press the next button.
How does the written feedback work?
When you answer questions, there is an opportunity for you to leave written feedback. Which is very valuable for your leader or HR who can then read this. Feel free to use the feedback to give suggestions for action and desired change, and express your feelings and likes. This is summarized anonymously and no one can see what you have written.
and The HR / CEO (main administrator) receives all the collected feedback and can see which working group the feedback comes from. The leaders can see the feedback that has been sent in from employees who belong to the group they lead. But no name is given.
Are my answers anonymous?
Yes, your answers are completely anonymous. All answers are summed up on the working group and the entire organization. Wellbefy has a default lock where answers only show within a group if you are at least five in the group. This can be adjusted up or down. If it is adjusted down, we have as a requirement that HR/managers must inform all employees about it.
HR/managersThe advantage is that by default, you as an employee can also see the same results as managers and HR do. You can see your results (you are the only one who can do that), you can see the summarized results for your workgroup and for the entire organization. Same thing here, if you are less than five, there will be a lock.
How often are the questions sent out?
The frequency is chosen by each organization itself. The frequency of the queries can vary and is something that your administrator of the tool has decided. It can be everything from several questions annually to a few questions each week, and the whole range in between. What happens if I don't answer?
The questions that have been sent to you expire on a certain date, but remain for about 2 weeks after the end date. This means that if you have been ill or on holiday, you can answer the questions afterwards. However, you will not receive a reminder that they are available after the end date. If you do not answer, no answer from you will be counted.
What happens if I answer wrong?
As long as you have not submitted your answers, you can change them. But once you have submitted them, you can not change them. If you want to adjust your answers in a later stage, contact us here and we will help you.
How does the analysis work?
You can follow the analysis and results on the Health Analysis page in the app and on the web. By default, you can see your, the group's and the organization's results. The answers are summarized under different key figures. Among others, the Health Index (which is all answers) and the psychosocial and physical index. You can also follow strengths and challenges. The answers are summarized and displayed at an aggregated level. This means that it reads in all the questions answered and the most recent answers to the specific question.
Where can I see my answers?
You can see your answers under the Health Analysis page in the app or on the web. Under the "I" tab. Only you can see your answers / results.
04. Settings
How do I remove push notifications?
You can easily adjust it by accessing settings in the app. You find the settings on the profile page, at the top right. When you are in settings, you close down the push notification option.
What languages can I choose between in the app?
Wellbefy is available in Swedish, English, Norwegian, and Finnish. The app detects which language your mobile is set to and then activates the language located on your phone. If your language is not available, the app will automatically be in English for you. If you wish, you can change the language in the app, you can do so in settings. You will find the settings under the profile page in the top right corner.
Is it possible to delete my user?

How are Wellbefy using my data (like activity/steps and answered questions)?
The data is used only for the purpose of strengthening your organization. Increase awareness of how you and your colleagues feel if you answer questions. In the case of a fitness challenge, exercise data is summed up for the purpose of summing up how things are going for you and your colleagues in the challenge. We at Wellbefy do not use your data for anything other than each customer / organization's own purpose. Which means that all data stays within each customer / organization. What data is Wellbefy saving?
We save three occurrences that can be identified to personal data. 1. It is your work email (unless you have used another email address). 2 It is data from answered questions. 3. It is the exercise data, ie steps and registered activities. If we delete your user, your name and email address will disappear. Your data remains in the system anonymised but is impossible to connect to a specific person / ID. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Deleted data
Delete your account, ie name and email address can be done by any administrator of the tool. If your user is deleted, your name and email address will disappear. Your data remains in the system anonymised but is impossible to connect to a specific person / ID. Response data always remains in the system until the day your account is deleted. This is so that the business can compare results back in time. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Can anybody see what I have answered?
For us, it is very important that you feel safe with the app and answer the questions (health check) as honestly as possible. All your answers are anonymous and the answers that are registered can not be linked to you as an individual. The answers are summed up to an average value and made visible at a team and organizational level (not at an individual).
