Get started with your first survey!

‍1. Register users and groups

Note! When you have registered a user, a welcome letter is sent out automatically to the person's email. It is also good if there are questions scheduled on the same day as you register all users.

1. Touch the Groups and Users page in the menu.
2. Press the Register user button in the right corner.
3. Download the excel template that you will find under the question mark symbol.
4. Enter names, email addresses, associated groups and other groups / tags that you want to filter data on later on (not mandatory).
5. Upload your completed excel list, then all users will be listed in the open window (it may take a few seconds). When you see all the names listed, tap Save. When there is a green check mark next to each name, everyone is entered.

2. Start survey

1. Go to page Schedule.
2. Press the Schedule Questions button.
3. Follow the steps below depending on your surveys frequency.
   

For manual or single occasions surveys (suitable for survey that are quarterly or less frequent)

1. Enter the name of the survey.
2. Specify the dates on which the survey will be available.
3. Enter frequency Single occasion.
4. Choose which day of the week the survey is to be sent out.
5. Choose which days of the week a reminder should be sent out (by default, the reminder will be sent out at 09.00am). We recommend a reminder on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
6. Select the group to which the questions/survey will be sent to.
7. Activate the KPI or/and questions that should be included in your survey.
8. Press Save.
   
   

For automatic mailings (suitable for high frequency, as weekly, biweekly or monthly)

1. Enter the name of the survey.
2. Specify the dates on which the survey will be active.
3. Enter the frequency of how often questions should be sent out.
4. Choose which day of the week the survey is to be sent out with each mailing of new questions.
5. Choose which days of the week a reminder should be sent out (by default, the reminder will be sent out at 09). We recommend a reminder on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
6. Select the group to which the questions will be sent to.
7. Activate the KPI or/and questions that should be included in your survey.
8. The tool detects the number of questions to be sent out per occasion. Or you choose it yourself under Number of questions per mailing.
9. Press Save.

3. Do not forget to inform and communicate about the importance of taking the pulse of the employee experience!
