Give authority to a leader

1. Click on the Groups and Users page in the menu.
2. Tap the team in the list to which you want to add a team leader.
3. Tap Leader and search for the person you want to add. Touch the person. Then press save.

When you choose to appoint leaders for the different teams, they get another authority than employees. With this authorisation the get access to the Feedback page and Action Plan page.
