The figures are based on a range from 0% to 100%. The higher the number, the more positive interpretation you can make. The colours shown also reflect the numbers:
Green = Positive (great job, keep it up).
Yellow = Okay (keep an extra eye on) .
Red = Negative (create action plan).
Red: 1 = 0%
Dark orange: 2 = 20%
Light orange: 3 = 40%
Yellow: 4 = 60%
Light green: 5 = 80%
Dark green: 6 = 100%
The total index per question and area is aggregated on total answers in the organisation, teams or in another grouping depending on how you have chosen to sort on the page Health Analytics and Overview (overview page is only available on the admin account). A total index gives a quick indication but says absolutely not everything. The indication becomes stronger the further down in different key figures that you check - that is, at the question level. The same applies even if you check at team or other grouping levels.
Understanding and interpreting figures is best done by going to the individual question under the page Health Analytics or Overview (overview page is only available on the admin account). Look at the bar graph next to the question to see more nuances and the spread of answers to the question.
The feedback on the Feedback page also gives a very good understanding of the different answers to the questions. The feedback creates valuable awareness and suggestions for change.
