To be able to register users, you must have created a group that users should belong to. To guide to create a group. Users can be registered in two different ways. Choose the option that suits you best.
Think of! When you have registered a user, a welcome letter is sent out automatically to the registered person's email.
1) Click on the Groups and Users page in the menu.
2) Press the Register user button in the right corner.
3) Enter one user at a time by filling in their name, email address and select group. Press the Add button.
4) Press the Save button. Users then end up in the group list in the open window with a green check mark.
If you want to add several users at the same time, we recommend that you do as when onboarding! This by using your excel file which you will find in the question mark in the add group window.
1) Enter all names, email addresses and associated groups. Then upload the excel file by pressing import file.
2) Once you have imported the file, all registered users will be listed in the open window (this may take a few seconds).
3) Press the Save button, then a green check mark will appear next to each name. It tells you that the users are successfully added.
4) Now you're done! Users, groups and tags are now created.
(!) We recommend this approach if employees are only going to use the app.

2) Find the group in the list to which the employee should belong. Copy the 6-digit group code next to the group name.
