The logic behind our questions

The questions are based on two scientific models, Sense of Coherence - SOC and Demand-Control-Support – DCS. Two models that are widely used in psychology. The questions and the tool are also based on the Swedish Work Environment Authority's requirements regarding AFS 2001:1 and AFS: 2015:4.

We know that the key to successful health work is based on a holistic view. We therefore make use of WHO (World Health Organization) definition of health where the person's perceived physical, mental and social well-being is counted.

The questions are reviewed and developed together with psychologists, behavioral scientists and health manager experts. They have all ensured the validity, science and interpretation of the data.

The connection of the questions to different KPIs is also based on our scientific models.
