Notifications are by default for e-mail notifications (can be changed in the settings on the web or in the app). When it's time to answer questions, employees receive an email.
When the employees click on the questions in the email, they end up on the website and get the questions up immediately. Which makes it easy to answer.
To answer questions in the app
If push notifications are on. Employees receive a push notification when it's time to answer questions. (Users choose whether these should be on when registering in the app. They can change it afterwards in settings in the app but also on the web). The employee answers the questions by going into the app and tapping the Health page in the menu.
