When should an action plan be created?

An action plan should be created if there is a risk of ill health. In Wellbefy's tool, this mainly applies if a question index is 50% or lower. The same applies to areas where the index is higher than 50% but the answer to the question / area has clearly polarised answers. Where, for example, a large proportion of the answers are positive at the same time as a large proportion are negative.

In some cases, statistics may be temporary. Especially with a regular measurement, weekly or monthly. An action plan thus becomes extra important to create if an area has proved negative (according to the parameters above) for a long time.

Green: Positive answer
Red: Negative answer

NOTE! Exceptions for direct action plan and change are if at least one person has answered negatively in the areas below. Then it is a legal requirement to remedy.

By default, both the CEO / HR (Admin account) and the manager can create an action plan.
