Who can see what?

Different permissions provide different transparency in the existing data. However, no one can see the co-worker's individual data and results. Only the individual co-worker can see their own result. All data and results are therefore anonymous and are only summarized at team / group level. The teams / groups need at least four users in order for their common data and results to be visible.

Co-workers: Can see their personal data / results, the team data / results to which they belong and total data / results for the entire organisation.

Leaders: Can see their personal data / results, the team data / results to which they belong as well as leads and total data / results for the entire organisation. The leaders can also see written feedback on questions from the team they lead.

Administrator (HR / CEO): Can see their personal data / results, all teams and other grouping data / results, the entire organisation's data / results and all written feedback on questions that co-workers have chosen to provide feedback on.
